Ground beef is usually a mixture of meat from different cows. The meat that is mixed into burger could be coming from multiple cows all over the country. When purchasing our beef, you can rest assured that you will be getting meat from only one animal. Our animals are fed a variety of grasses and plants, which give them a diverse diet that provides different vitamins and minerals. They are always moving to new ground, and have not been given any antibiotics or growth hormones. Any feed they get is ground right here on the farm using products that we have produced ourselves. You also will never get an old animal. We only sell animals that are in their prime for meat production.

We will be harvesting one steer for top quality lean ground beef, and are selling shares of the animal for $6.00/lb, with a minimum of five shares. That means for $30 you will receive five one pound packages of ground beef (frozen). For ten shares, or $60 you will receive ten one pound packages, and so on.

As soon as the shares for one steer are sold, you will be contacted regarding a date for pick-up or delivery. Forms of payment we accept are cash, check, credit card, and Paypal.
